This project aims to encourage and promote the role of young people through undertaking civic and political initiatives. Young people are the biggest assets for any country to ensure the democratic and socioeconomic development. An enabling environment for political and civic engagement is a necessary condition for the realization of people’s right to participate in public affairs, but also a key driver of social cohesion and sustainable development with a view on protection of democracy and the rule of law. Inclusive political participation is not only a fundamental political and democratic right but also is crucial for building stable and peaceful societies.
