Atelier Librazhd is a pilot project and an experimental proactive planning exercise, a Do-Tank that develops ideas and concepts for the town of Librazhd. Its main objective was to build capacity for the local Municipality on participatory and dialogue-oriented planning approaches. Together with the municipality staff and local stakeholders, we engaged in interactive workshops, testing different participatory planning tools by focusing on the river area.

The information gathered through these processes served as basic input for developing an Integrated Development Strategy for the Shkumbin River area. The outputs are aligned with the goals of the General Local Plan of Librazhd.
