Tirana ArtCulture is an online platform dedicated to promoting the local traditions, cultural heritage and history of Tirana, in the context of the city being selected as the European Youth Capital for 2022. The platform is primarily designed to be accessed by young visitors, offering them up-to-date information on cultural activities and events taking place across the city on a daily basis. As Tirana takes on the role of European Youth Capital, it has become a vibrant hub for youth-focused initiatives and activities throughout the year. Numerous young people from across Europe have been invited to visit and engage in a wide range of events organized by youth organizations under  “Tirana European Youth Capital” program.

Utilizing the innovations offered by technology, the mobile application “EYC–Tirana ArtCulture,” available on both Android and iOS platforms, serves as an accessible and user friendly guide for visitors interested in cultural tourism. The application provides comprehensive information on the locations, schedules, and calendars of activities organized by both public and private cultural institutions in Tirana, including museums, monuments, cultural centers, youth organizations, art galleries, libraries, exhibitions etc.
