Atelier Librazhd is a pilot project and an experimental proactive planning exercise, a Do-Tank that develops ideas and concepts for the town of Librazhd. Its main objective was to build capacity for the local Municipality on participatory and dialogue-oriented planning approaches. In collaboration with municipal staff and local stakeholders, we organized interactive workshops and tested various participatory planning tools, focusing on the river area. The information collected through these processes provided key input for the development of an Integrated Development Strategy for the Shkumbin River area. The outcomes are in line with the goals of the General Local Plan of Librazhd.

This project has been implemented by Superwien, Austria in collaboration with Municipality of Librazhd and Center for Bridging Communities, Albania supported by Konrad–Adenauer–Stiftung (KAS).
