Second National Training “Continuing to Build the Foundations – Training course for Inclusion Coordinators”
Second National Training “Continuing to Build the Foundations – Training course for Inclusion Coordinators” took place 22 -26 September 2025 in the city of Tirana.
The second training shifts the focus toward strategic thinking, organizational development, advocacy and long-term impact with special attention to the mechanisms for engaging NEET youth.
Youth workers worked with inclusion action plans based on the local contexts where their organizations operate and European strategies such as the Inclusion and Diversity Strategy, the European Youth Strategy, etc.
This activity is part of the project “Not Neat to be NEET” implemented by the consortium members from Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Albania and Kosovo funded by the European Union, under Erasmus + Program.
