In the framework of the project “Not Neat to be NEET,” the Center for Bridging Communities organization hosted in its office Ms. Odeta Dauti, who developed the job shadowing program. Her testimony on her engagement in this program highlights the learning experience through observation and participation in the activities of the Center for Bridging Communities organization, the challenges, personal achievements, and the importance of following this program to foster active citizenship. Through observation, she learned how to plan and implement projects that aim to include young people with fewer opportunities. She was informed about the opportunities that young people have to participate in the activities that take place within the framework of the Erasmus + program.
