Nj\u00eb nga pikat e forta t\u00eb tij \u00ebsht\u00eb niveli i lart\u00eb i transferueshm\u00ebris\u00eb. Megjith\u00ebse manuali u zhvillua dhe u pilotua n\u00eb Ballkanin Per\u00ebndimor, metodologjit\u00eb, mjetet praktike dhe kornizat e tij jan\u00eb t\u00eb transferueshme dhe mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrshtaten leht\u00ebsisht me nevojat e organizatave rinore n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb Evrop\u00ebn.<\/p>\n<p>Publikimi \u00ebsht\u00eb menduar kryesisht p\u00ebr organizatat rinore, menaxher\u00ebt e projekteve, trajner\u00ebt, punonj\u00ebsit rinor dhe koordinator\u00ebt e p\u00ebrfshirjes, q\u00eb hartojn\u00eb dhe ofrojn\u00eb aktivitete edukative, m\u00eb tep\u00ebr se p\u00ebr pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit e rinj.
