Projekti synon t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtoj\u00eb kapacitetet e organizatave rinore t\u00eb Ballkanit Per\u00ebndimor p\u00ebr projekte m\u00eb gjith\u00ebp\u00ebrfshir\u00ebse dhe pjes\u00ebmarrje t\u00eb t\u00eb rinjve me m\u00eb pak mund\u00ebsi.<\/p>\n<p>Ky projekt financohet nga Bashkimi Evropian. Pik\u00ebpamjet dhe opinionet e shprehura jan\u00eb vet\u00ebm ato t\u00eb autorit\/autor\u00ebve dhe nuk pasqyrojn\u00eb domosdoshm\u00ebrisht ato t\u00eb Bashkimit Evropian apo t\u00eb Agjencis\u00eb Ekzekutive Evropiane p\u00ebr Arsimin dhe Kultur\u00ebn (EACEA).
