Strategjia Komb\u00ebtare e Rinis\u00eb 2022-2029 e v\u00eb theksin tek angazhimi qytetar dhe politik i t\u00eb rinjve, n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet p\u00ebrfshirjes s\u00eb tyre n\u00eb <em>\u00e7<\/em>\u00ebshtjet komunitare dhe proceset vendimmarr\u00ebse. Studime t\u00eb ndryshme tregojn\u00eb se p\u00ebr pjes\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe t\u00eb t\u00eb rinjve angazhimi politik dhe qytetar fillon n\u00eb nivel lokal, ku ata adoptojn\u00eb praktika, norma dhe mund\u00ebsi pozitive p\u00ebr t\u00eb ardhmen e tyre, duke u p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb demokraci n\u00eb shkall\u00eb t\u00eb ul\u00ebt.<\/p>\n<p><em>Q\u00ebllimi i raportit \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb analizoj\u00eb pjes\u00ebmarrjen e t\u00eb rinjve, bazuar n\u00eb treguesit kryesor\u00eb t\u00eb angazhimit politik dhe qytetar. Ky raport sjell nj\u00eb s\u00ebr\u00eb rekomandimesh mbi p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimin e pjes\u00ebmarrjes s\u00eb t\u00eb rinjve n\u00eb proceset lokale vendimmarr\u00ebse dhe nd\u00ebrmarrjen e iniciativave qytetare n\u00eb Bashkin\u00eb Has. <\/em><\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb hartimin e raportit jan\u00eb p\u00ebrdorur metoda t\u00eb kombinuara, cil\u00ebsore dhe sasiore. Treguesit e pjes\u00ebmarrjes jan\u00eb vler\u00ebsuar sipas tre kategorive kryesore: <em>treguesit qytetar\u00eb<\/em>, <em>treguesit e pjes\u00ebmarrjes n\u00eb procesin zgjedhor<\/em> dhe <em>treguesit e aktivitetit politik<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Pjes\u00ebmarrja e t\u00eb rinjve n\u00eb proceset vendimmarr\u00ebse dhe n\u00eb nisma qytetare kontribuon n\u00eb zhvillimin e q\u00ebndruesh\u00ebm dhe endogjen t\u00eb komuniteteve lokale. Angazhimi gjith\u00ebp\u00ebrfshir\u00ebs i t\u00eb rinjve, kur kryhet n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me vendimmarr\u00ebsit, mund t\u00eb ndikoj\u00eb n\u00eb rezultatet e politikave dhe t\u00eb frenoj\u00eb tokenizmin politik dhe qytetar, ndaj \u00ebsht\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme t\u00eb promovohen modele konsultative t\u00eb pjes\u00ebmarrjes s\u00eb t\u00eb rinjve.
